Paulo Nascimento's WorkOur work follows four principles that guide each project from the first listening stage to final delivery.
Before creating, we investigate. We map context, audiences, and partner challenges to identify the right narrative — one that authentically connects purpose to audiovisual language.
We translate complex themes into compelling projects. We define format, tone, approach, and structure — ensuring each piece has public relevance and real engagement potential.
We combine investigative rigor and artistic sensitivity. Each project goes through a curation process that ensures thematic depth, technical excellence, and alignment with partner values.
From concept to screen. We lead full production — writing, direction, editing, and post-production — with an experienced team and proven processes.
We work with companies, organizations, and leaders who believe in storytelling as a driver of value, engagement, and transformation across Social Responsibility, ESG, and impact initiatives.
Organizations that need to communicate ESG values, institutional positioning, and purpose with authenticity through high-quality audiovisual content.
Social organizations seeking to amplify their causes, strengthen fundraising, and transform their stories into mobilization tools.
Public bodies and institutions that require awareness content, educational campaigns, and narratives that connect society with relevant policies and initiatives.
Audiovisual partners interested in co-producing feature films, documentaries, and series with thematic relevance and distribution potential.
Creative professionals, corporate teams, and aspiring writers seeking narrative training through our Story Workshops.
Social investors, foundations, and leaders who want to strengthen initiatives through strategic and mobilizing narratives.
If you are looking to operate, communicate, or engage in Brazil, we help bridge the gap between strategy and culture — transforming your message into narratives that resonate locally.

A feature thriller set in 1979 on the southern coast of São Paulo, in one of the most preserved Atlantic Forest territories: Juréia. A telephone operator is found dead in an isolated village, and what appears to be an accident reveals land disputes tied to an ambitious real estate project. The film proposes a deep reflection on territory, ethics, ambition, and preservation.
Audiovisual adaptation of Paulo Barboni's literary work. It follows Leona, a neurodivergent young woman with a unique connection to nature who transforms the lives of everyone around her. A story about acceptance, diversity, and family drama, culminating in the creation of “Absolutely Magical” — a space where neurodivergent people find belonging and purpose.
Fiction by Paulo Barboni, loosely inspired by real events — a visceral exploration of human resilience in the face of the abysmal reality of crack cocaine. We follow Wilson, once a respected security guard, whose life falls apart after five fateful hits. An intense, human, and deeply Brazilian saga about the true cost of redemption.
